Okay, so China used a missile to shoot down a satellite. Should that concern Americans? Well, since China is a communist nation known for oppressing people, I'd say it should. Satellites are the key to nuclear self-defense. What does that mean. Literally, it means that China could wipe out our ability to detect and respond to a nuclear attack --meaning they could wipe us off the face of the map and we would do nothing to stop them.
What will Pelosi, the mighty Pelosi do? Well, we'll have to get her attention first. Oh Nancy, what are we up to? "I can't come now! I'm busy telling everyone that George Bush is the devil for fighting Muslim terrorists in Iraq. I have to make sure everyone understands that overthrowing Saddam and getting democracy over there just isn't worth the effort. And I'm winning! Oh I'm so happy! Even the Republicans are jumping like rats from a sinking ship! This is so much fun! And then, I get to have a global warming summit. Oh, then I get to raise taxes and enforce government health care and stop the free speech of conservatives. Oh I'm so busy."
Nancy, it's possible that the Chinese can wipe us off the map. Or they will be able to soon. They seem to have developed the technology.
"The Chinese? What? Did you know they have forced abortions over there? Finally, a civilized society! And they have government health care! And those awful Christians don't dominate and force their horrible values on everyone else. We can trust the Chinese. Now, let me get back to what I was doing? Have you heard the latest? George Bush is the devil."
But Nancy . . . oh, never mind.
