I'm So Tired of This Guy

I mean, how much do they pay him? Can't he afford a decent shirt? Why does he wear a cut-off sweat shirt on game day?
And how on earth did his Patriots win that game this weekend?
Let's hope the Colts have another playoff win in them this year (2 playoff wins in the same year is quite a stretch for any Dungy-coached team, but the Colts? It will take a miracle).

Me too. He won Sunday because the Chargers pulled off about 10 bonehead moves.

Including --

A headbutting penalty to keep a Patriots drive alive.

Fumbling back an interception on a 4th down play. Even pee wee football players know in that situation you just knock the ball down.

And finally, inexplicably, the Chargers only give Tomlinson 8 touches in the 2nd half.

Can you tell I am angry?

yeah but their quarter back is dreamy :P

In fact, Shotenheimer should go. How do you not win when every time LT touched the ball he picked up 8 yards?

What do you think about Archie Manning's advice to Eli coming out of college?

Was it insightful or selfish?

I would normally not take a position of "running for issues" but the best RUN of LT's career might be to another team.

San Diego's trouble is deeper than Shotenheimer.
I don't think anything short of a change in thinking with the owner will make the "needed change"

I agree about the shirt/dress. I know they are playing outside and all, but I like the idea of coaches getting dressed up. Like basketball, like Tom Landry. It brings integrity to the sport. Call me nostalgic. I just think it's classy.

Well, Eli is good, but Philip Rivers is too. So was drew brees. A lot of good QB's hover around San Diego!

I disagree about Eli. I think if his last name wasn't Manning, he would be on someone's bench, or working a construction job.

I think Rivers will be a very good QB, but the Chargers miscalculated with Brees. In a game decided by a field goal, perhaps the difference might have been a veteran, pro bowl QB vs. a rookie with great potential.

If the Chargers are trading LT2, sign my Eagles up.

And yes Mandy, he is "dreamy", whatever that means.

Eli hasn't fully proven himself, I'll admit. But Tom Brady being "dreamy"? (I don't know. We might have to ban the word dreamy from this blog, mandygee):)
