It kinda looks like a age enhanced rendering of Chelsea. You know the Clintons like to plan ahead (green trees in January in the background of Hillary's "let's chat" announcement). Perhaps it's just a preview of the Presidential Race of 2016, you know, once Hillary is finished ;)
