MY ADVICE: DO NOT RENEW YOUR CELL PHONE CONTRACTS BEFORE THE SUMMER. If the iphone does for cell-phones what the ipod did for portable music and media, then it's time to tell Verizon to shove off with their inferior products. I know I will. Looking forward to it. oh, and by the way. if you buy stocks, apple could, potentially, dominate the cell-phone market for a few years. think hundreds of billions of dollars.

To me it's just another toy my husband the technology junkie will "have to have"! I myself am very content with my little flip phone. It rings, I answer it... that's enough!
Apple haa always made great products. I had one of the original Macs back in my college days.
FYI, Apple is trading at $94.62 as of the close Friday. The price is on a downward tick pending an investigation into some potentiall illegal stock option grants.
It would probably still be a great investment, and with the price lower a bit due to the investigation, it might not be a bad time to get in.
Of course, you need money to make money.
